Shipping

All paper pieces are packaged in a cellophane sleeve and a foam mat board in a rigid mailer. All canvas pieces are packaged with acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap and foam mat board in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

Ships by Priority Class mail via USPS for US domestic shipping. All international shipping is via UPS. If your country/region is not listed in the shipping regions, please contact me at [email protected] for international shipping prices. 

You will be notified after purchase when the item(s) ship. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification and tracking code sent upon shipment.

Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages. For international orders, we are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to customs.

For residents in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, you can arrange for a pick-up of your artwork for free. When purchasing please choose the Pick Up option. I will contact you after the purchase to arrange a time for pick-up.

Returns and cancellations details

If you are not satisfied with your original painting, notify me, and you can return the piece for a full refund, minus shipping costs. You must notify me prior to returning the artwork. I do not accept exchanges.

Please carefully pack the piece in the same manner in which it arrived, and ship back to me via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS with insurance at the value of the artwork.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Magnets and keychains are not available for returns.
